Panama-China strengthen relations at UN Assembly

While President Donald Trump used his address to the  74th General Assembly of the United Nations) in New York, to attack Globalism and China’s trade practices,  Panama’s  Chancellor and Foreign Minister , Alejandro Ferrer held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of State and Foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China, Wang Yi.

According to the Panamanian Foreign Ministry, the meeting was to further strengthen diplomatic relations between the two countries.

The Foreign Ministers addressed issues of interest to both nations, including cooperation in agriculture, positioning of potential Panamanian exports in China, attracting Chinese investment in Panama, training courses and scholarships and promoting tourism in Panama. .
