The City of Knowlege Foundation and the United States Embassy in Panama signed a memorandum of understanding  for the establishment of a center that will function as a headquarters for cultural, academic and technology exchanges

 The signing took place on Saturday, September 26 at the City of Knowledge Convention Center .The signing of the memorandum allows the establishment of the American Center, an information and public activities hub  that will also have a headquarters of a center of student counseling, Education USA.
