The  tanker truck distribution of Liquefied natural gas (LNG)  in Panama and Costa Rica  following  the signing of an agreement between AES  and  Tropigas Natural

The fuel, can be used and to generate electrical energy and will target the manufacturing and food production, shops, land and sea transport, and the hotel industry.

Miguel Bolinaga , president of AES in Panama, said that this distribution may be expanded through agreements with other companies and to distribute in other Central American countries. There is already an agreement to bring natural gas in cisterns to Darien where there is a power generation plant that previously used bunker fuel and was transformed to use natural gas..
