Panama | Canal Contributions To The National Treasury and Budget Leaves Questions. $3.308.9 revenues - $1.760.3 National Treasury = $1.548.6 ? $2 billion for the water system is more than what is left after contributions to the... National Treasury! $451,400,000 is unaccounted or non-transparent to budget... $2 billion for the water system maintenance. $451, 400, 000 has been dispersed for another function and could have been used to... line the administration's pocket...that's a lot of Panama Authority payout!
