“The untimely resignation of the Attorney General generates great uncertainty since the reason for it is not clearly defined, which denotes an unacceptable institutional fragility, also generating unnecessary speculation and mistrust. at this crucial moment in national history.”

The Apede made an urgent call to resume the debate on the methods of selection of the magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice, the Attorney General, and other authorities of the control institutions. "And those changes can only come with" profound constitutional changes."
