Panama | Teaching Techniques Made Easy. Math is the most powerful tool for one's career. Math applies to economic survival and as a defensive weapon. Math has gradual learning stages that can be clearly identified. A TEACHER ... must size up her classes and know her students! A TEACHER … provides a basic math formula to be solved. What does the teacher do? Watch her students? Provide another math problem? NO!!! While the students work on the math problem...she walks around and checks on her students. The teacher learns how many students correctly completed the math problem. The teacher does this 3X's to verify how the students perform. The teacher makes a note of each students calculating accuracy abilities. The teacher divides the class based on their calculating accuracy abilities. The teacher selects the best males math students to work with the beginning math students. The teacher selects the best female math students to work with the beginning math students. The teacher allows the students to familiarize with one another strengths and weaknesses. The teacher observes their ability to teach and articulate and how the beginning students responds. The teacher assists the students teaching the basic math formulas to the beginning students. The teacher now begins her classes with the rules of math and efficient student assistants motivating the beginning students to accelerate their learning for the progressive math. The teacher continues to monitor the classes and rewards the more advanced math students with more advanced math to aid interested beginning students. Cooperative class learning between students sets the standard for a team effort in many math related advanced courses. The students cooperative accelerated learning should dramatically improve the grade performance among the world academic standing. It is time the school begins a structurally, comprehensive plan that works with total dedication and purpose to the goal of the school's function and that is to effectively...teach as a whole!!!

Bad Education: Poor Teacher Training and Disinterest. Panama education system lacks some essential facilities can affect student learning. Teachers do at times teach but to what extent? Teachers says... 'Here is a math problem I will teach you'. Teacher produces a few more math problems and gives student assignments'. Teacher sits at her desk and waits for the time to run out...[usually the case]. Student does the assignments, hands it in, and forgets about it. Days go by and they know a few problems based on repetition in a slightly different format. Students get bored...Why? Students get bored, Why? Student gets bored, Why?...[Repetition!!!] Teacher sits down and the teacher is boring...teacher flunks! ALTERNATIVE: GOOD TEACHER INTERACTION! Teacher says...Hello students, today I will teach you some advance math called...Algebra. Does anyone here know Algebra? Algebra is a branch of mathematics that is used in many applications. Algebra has certain rules and some of these rules are...(state rules). Here are some rules that apply to algebra that will allow you to solve math problems. What kind of math problems can algebra solve does anyone know...(provide hints). I will provide some beginning algebra problems and tomorrow we will advance to more complex problems using these rules. Do not forget these rules because they will allow you to advance to more complex math problems. We are now doing graphs and slopes to indicate solutions using X and Y axis. Students do the math problems and hand in their assignments. One student wants to know if he/she did it right. Teacher says...the problem is correct, but let me ask you, how did you solve the problem? Student says...I multiplied this and I divided that and canceled factors, I used a slope formula. Teacher says...but how did you solve the problem? What rules did you use? Student says...Oh, its in the book, right here. Teacher says...I want you to remember the rules and make it part of your answer. Than, I will show you personally more advanced math problems that will lead to multiple factors. [Students now know that there are advanced stages of math where rules apply.] Teacher begins every class discussing rules before she proceeds to more advanced math problems. Teacher will test each student verbally... Johnny...solve this problem on the board from where you are sitting on your desk and provide me the rule you are using to solve this problem. ---Students want to learn and teacher stating, that is correct, okay, that's good...(???)...is not teaching!!! The same goes for language, history and science, etc.

Panama | The Mandate for Crucial Economic survival Panama student graduation will face crucial economic survival. Student basic math and reading skills will now face...car dealers and banks! Car dealers and banks also know basic math and reading skills with...fine print legal contracts! Car dealers and banks also know from day to day training on maximizing sales at all costs! Car dealers and banks know how much you're worth and attempt to...force... a cash transaction! A cash transaction can ruin the finances for life of any recent high school graduate! How does a cash transaction ruin finances for life of...graduates? Car dealers and banks demand a deposit...$100 to $1000's to lock you in (without receipt, better)! A deposit makes a contract legal, it is an element called...consideration. Car dealers and banks prefer to work without any...of you friends or relatives (witnesses)! Some car dealers will take your car and sell it while you are still making payments...deceit! Panama education system does not teach how to read...fine print contracts for survival! Panama education system does not teach applications of basic math skills for survival! Panama should teach courses to protect their thousands of students so they do not face... [bankruptcy and destroy their economy with high consumer debt!] Panama should provide students with good references of honest dealers and provide options to their financial future in areas of careers, loans, investments and legal advise! Panama should provide early education so they are not overwhelmed and afraid of the complex math skills by trained professional cons...vultures. Panama should train students preparing for marriage as to their working partnerships and skills. What good is a Panama education if any money made goes to the pockets of car dealers and banks with a heavy personal debt to the debt by savory politicians to the state economy? Panama education system does not teach economic survival skills for their students that in many cases may cause an increase in crimes where the real money can be made easily...how? Panama drugs and crimes are related to an ambitious young man who needs large amounts of $$$! Ambitious young man will need to displace someone's drug operation and take over and the $$$! Displace someone again and again usually means...a hit or murder! Panama education could lead to prevention of state debt and murderous crimes! Panama must teach their high school students economic survival against a trained sales con man!

Panama | All and Poor Student Initial Learning Assessments. Panama students especially those lagging from their poor status should begin... assessments with assistant tutors to evaluate their communications and social skills. 1. Phase 1: Personal assistant tutors to initiate each and every student learning capacity with problem solving skills in math and reading. 2. Phase 2: Should mandate student capacity for memory skills. 3. Phase 3: Should require a total assessment based on the personalized basic training of students. All student should begin their communications skill capacity with other students of non-native and primarily English with constructive interactions...board games, sports and sharing books. 4. Phase 4: An assessment to be provided as to the progress of each and every student communications and social skills and what they have learned based on their memories. 5. Phase 5: Each and every student should be given the opportunity to confidentially provide their experiences and suggestions as to what they would like to see improved for their personal progression going forward. Panama students achieving the completion of the principle phases may accelerate their skills in extraordinary ways that may eventually surpass the teacher's qualifications. At this point we can state to the fact...the school has achieved its purpose with resounding success.

Panama | Education Requirements Not Specified...Calculations Good Start. 1. Panama poor students just starting out will lag behind at their age level. 2. Poor students lagging behind should be able to pick up reading quickly. 3. Poor students accelerating their reading skill should be place in appropriate grade level. 4. Poor students accelerating their basic math skill should be place in appropriate grade level. 5. All student should be learning memory skills for application in math and reading skills. 6. Any student demonstrating sufficient skills in math and reading should be tutored for advancement. 7. Students demonstrating sufficient, superior skills should not be confined to any rudimentary programs. 8. Students should be provided quality materials such as water color pencils and not...crayons!!! 9. Students should be provided teachers proficient in the arts of drawing and coloring. 10. Students who are older than appropriate grade level should be mandated to advance to a high school equivalency program to improve grade average of consolidated courses. 11. No student should be provided programs students are not interested in that will bring down their over-all grade average...it is unfair and teachers must be made aware of this! 12. Students learning the English language should begin at an early age without compromising their native language. This should be done through natural communications with other English speaking students. The principles of the 12 stated criterias are the minimum requirements for a successful education program to avail the students a fair appropriate success towards a rewarding productive career. Any failure of the student is primarily the fault of the school system and their education program!

Here we go, rough calculation of $ 400 per student for 2 pair of pants or skirts, 3 shirts, socks and gyms clothes. At least the students will look the part. Here's a thought, what about $400 per student to fund quality teachers and school maintenance.
