Water supplies to some 10  sectors of the metropolitan area of ​​ Panama will be affected for at least 12 hours on Wednesday, September 30, as the National Water Authority (Idaan)  as with the MECO company it works on the diversion of a 16-inch line, within the project to expand the Transisthmus highway in the capital city.

The work will take place between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm and the areas that will be affected are: Monte Oscuro, Villa Rica, Pueblo Nuevo, Hato Pintado, Octobre 12, the Kiener factory. Miraflores, Altos de Miraflores, Villa Cáceres and sectors near the Gran Estación de San Miguelito.

"We remind all commercial and residential customers to take the measures to have the necessary reserves for their daily activities since the system will be progressively recovering from the moment the works are finished said an Idaan statement
