Weekend weather warning
A weekend weather warning for people heading for Panama beaches and rivers has been issued by the Civil protection authority (Sinaproc)
Arturo Alvarado director general said on Friday, August 31 that because of bad weather recorded in several regions of the country, people should avoid activities on beaches and rivers over the country, as they are not suitable for swimming.
The Bad weather will last until Tuesday of next week and Saturday, is the day when heavy rain and winds will be most. persistent, Alvarado said
