Panama to become safest country in LatinAmerica -- Martinelli
Panama will become the safest country in Latin America in three years says President Ricardo Martinelli.
He was speaking during a weekend Peace walk organized by a group of local organizations. He added that the country must have stronger laws and that all citizens must condemn criminals, kidnappers, robbers and murderers said La Prensa.
"This is a task for all, this is not just the Government and the Police, it is a public work," said Martinelli, who returned to the country on sunday after attending a summit of regional presidents.
