Self confessed killer William “Wild Bill” Holbert, who one month ago refused to undergo psychiatric evaluation, has changed his mind.

Holbert who is in jail under investigation for the murder of five people to obtain their property in Bocas del Toro. Panama.

Panama’s Public Ministry said psychological and psychiatric tests will take at the Institute of Legal Medicine.

Holbert is accused of murdering Michael Watson Brown, along with his wife and teenage son. They were owners of a tourist hotel, that passed into Holbert’s hands after their deaths.
He is also linked to the deaths of the Cheryl Hughes, owner of a hostel, and Bo Barry Icelar, whose assets were similarly expropriated. He has confessed to all the murders.

Holbert has admitted the five crimes and Panamanian authorities are investigating whether his partner, Laura Reese, was involved in these crimes.
She had refused to speak to investigators until last week, but when she did she denied all knowledge of the events, even though she could not explain why she was wearing jewelry of some of the victims.
