WEATHER: Green alert extended through Mon.

THE COUNTRYWIDE green alert issued by The Emergency Operations Center (COE) on Saturday, July 28 has been extended until midnight  Monday, July 30.  According to the report published by the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc), the warning is based on forecasts by Hydrometeorology of the Electric Transmission Company, S.A. (Etesa) and the National Hurricane Center of the United States.
