A SPECIAL cell block for high profile figures for convicted high profile figures from the RicardoMartinelli administration is  a possibility says Government Minister Milton Henriquez 

TVN reported on Saturday , October 17 that Henriquez said it could be built  next year, within the El Renacer prison, which counts among its long term  residents,  former dictator Manuelo Noriega. And  ex-Supreme Court  judge Moncada Luna.
Henriquez said that the pavilion in El Renacer will be located in the green area,but separate  from the  regular criminals

According to the minister, the special module will have  approximately 20 cells.

"We would have to add the area of administration, custodians, conjugal visits, dining and laundry," said the Henriquez.  There are some 40 cases of corruption still under investigation, and there is a growing number of suspects who have fled the country.
