AN AMERICAN citizen became the third person so far this year to drown off the coast of Los Santos,
The latest incident is being investigated by the Public Ministry.

Brian Dean Bozen, 58, drowned in the creek from the El Arenal beach, Pedasi.
The first case occurred last August when a diver drowned in Indio Viejo beach area near Los Destiladeros, Pedasi.
Then weeks later another person was found drowned off the coast of the village of Cañas, Tonosí district.
