ARON RONNY MIZRACHI,who fled Panama after being linked to the purchase of spy equipment acquired by the government of his brother-in-law Ricardo Martinelli, was spotted in Miami on Friday August 7.

 Mizrachi, left the country the previous Friday on Martinelli’s private jet, a day after details of the purchase were made public. La Prensa reportswas spotted in a restaurant in the Brickell area with his wife Analida Martinelli, sister of the former president.
Mizrachi has been linked to Caribbean Holding Services, a company used to make a payment to the NSO Group, a firm that provided the surveillance system known as Pegasus to the government for $8 million.
