NATIONAL POLICE carried out a blitz on pirate buses on Saturday August 1, handing out 403 citations to drivers who provide unauthorized public transportation in Panama City.

 The police operation passed 169 citations in the North Corridor, specifically in Tinajitas toll booth and the booth exit to Colon.
In the area, near the Riande airport hotel, were 99 drivers got tickets and on the west, at the entrance to Arriajan, next to the Xtra, Supermarket 135 were booked.
The Transit Authority (ATTT) will August 4-6 to verify whether vehicles meet permitted standards for this activity said Fanuco Commissioner Javier, director of the Department of Transport.
