AFTER 10 hours of questioning a fashion boutique owner who got contracts totaling $12 million for the purchase of backs and ended up ith $1.6 miilion profit, Poulett Morales on ThursdayThe Second Anti-Corruption Prosecutor did not impose an injunction on her movements.

Poulett Morales, is being investigated for alleged irregularities in recruitment for the purchase of 600,000 school bags, at a cost during the administration of Rafael Guard Jaén in the National Assistance Program (PAN)
"We will continue providing evidence for this to end as soon as possible. All super, great, "Morales said on her departure from the investigation.
Victor Almengor, her legal representative, said they will provide the necessary evidence to prove her innocence.
"We are pleased with how the process has gone.” he said.
Companies APM Supplies and Comercializadora Galbedusa, owned by Morales, sold backpacks and appliances to the Ministry of Education (Meduca) and PAN during the government of Ricardo Martinelli.
On Wednesday, Guardia Jaén Guard appeared before prosecutors and said that the order for the execution of the program of school backpacks came from the Ministry of the Presidency.
He also said that prior to the award of contracts and he knew which company would win known as he had been given an order by the Presidency.
Also linked to the investigation are Mario Martinelli, brother of former President Ricardo Martinelli, and the former head of Meduca Lucy Molinar, both for possible crimes against public administration.
