PAN defendants bank accounts strangely bare

 THE BANK ACCOUNTS of a group of defendants in the case involving the purchase of $45 million of dehydrated food by the National Aid Program (PAN), are mostly virtually empty.

Authorities can only seize accounts containing more than $1,000. Molinar has a savings account in Metrobank with $19,156 in it. Molinar also had an account in Banco General with $448.58 in it. Tamburrelli had only $184.10 in a Banistmo account, While Famiglietti had less than $1,000 in a Banco General account

An account linked to Lerkshore International Limited from Banco Nacional containing $1,331.93 was confiscated. on The plot of land on which De Ycaza had built a mansion, cost $500,000 before the first brick was laid.
Sources close to the investigation said that the Court of Auditors is awaiting a report on the seized accounts.
