Newsroom hit by internet service shutdown

If you are one of the hundreds of readers who get Newsroom by e-mail each morning, you may be wondering why there were so few items in your folder on Friday  am.

The reason is  a failure of a local internet “service” provider, for the second successive day. This was compounded by  the death and funeral of a much loved family member. However, we are now back on line, and early in the morning, a new batch of stories will be  posted.
