PANAMA’S former  Minister of Public Security José Raúl Mulino, got a break from his holding cell on Thursday, November 26  when he was taken to Punta Pacifica Hospital.

He has been in custody for a month facing charges related to irregularities in the purchase of 19 radars for $125 million from  Selex a subsidiary of the Italian defense consortium Finmeccanica.
