POLICE are looking for the hit-and-run driver of a pirate busito (min-bus) that seriously injured a pman crossing the road underneath a pedestrian bridge, and led to another vehicle crashing and injuring its driver in the early hours of Sunday, May 24.

The incident took place at 5 am on Via Jose Domingo Diaz, opposite the entrance of Cerro Viento in San Miguelito.
Minutes later a sedan swerved to avoid the injured man who had a shattered left leg, and a following car swerved and hit a utility pole in front of a gas station.
Both the injured were taken to Santo Tomas Hospital.
