A FORMER Canadian Air Force pilot , living in Coronado, was found dead in his apartment on Saturday October 25 when the door was forced by the condo building’s management accompanied by police.
Neighbors who had not seen Gary LaFerriere for several days had complained of the smell coming from the apartment in Coronado Bay, It appears that he fell inside his bathroom, striking his head and he bled to death. Foul play is not suspected.
Friends say that L Ferriere, who came from Toronto, Ontario, was a quiet man, and had been accepted into the MIT distance-learning program where he was studying philosophy.
