CHRISTMAS SHOPPING has begun early at The Ministry of the Presidency which  is buying  541,000 toys that will be distributed during Christmas 2016 by the Office of the First Lady.

According to information on  the website Panamá Compra the reference price of the purchase is$2,999,000

The toys will be distributed by the Office of the First Lady in 3779 779 Primary Schools and Families and Early Education Community Centers (CEFACEI) official said the tender.

The toys are for children four to 11 years.

Within specifications include dolls, kitchens sets, tea sets, doctorsets, bicycles, carts, tools, footballs, plastic to make necklaces and earrings beads, hair accessories, baseball bats, skateboards, games and chess.

Companies interested in participating in the tender should submit their financial proposals on  June 24.

Sis interested companies attended a prior approval meeting for the contract: Goly Company, Global Target Panama, International Distributors, BH Corp, Superior Products and Smart Business Company.
