PANANAMA   will experience extreme ultraviolet radiation surpassing global standards throughout Monday, Feb. 20 says the National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc).

It says that  warned people to protect themselves from the sun's  radiation rates that will be surpassing the global standard measurement table until  5:00 p.m.

a few minutes of exposure to the sun will be enough for the  body to begin to feel the intensity of ultraviolet radiation that are extreme, according to experts.
