FORMER HOUSING Minister and CD presidential candidate José Domingo Arias was the subject of a complaint lodged by residents of Coco del Mar on Monday, August 25.

Donaldo Sousa, the lawyer who presented the complaint, said that Arias illegally authorized the construction of a 39-story building in a field adjacent to single family residences. He said the project was not subject to public consultation and violates the zoning restrictions in the area.
