THE CanadaPLUS Club Foundation recently completed its third delivery of items to Hospital Santo Tomas (HST) from funds raised by the annual Carols by Candlelight audience participation Concert.
The latest donations requested by the hospital were wheel chairs and chairs for hospital medical staff in nursing centers (some of the 12 items are shown in the photo with Dra Nuvia Batista and Director of Internal Medicine, Dr Diogenes Arijone,
In previous years the hospital has received two sets of patient monitoring equipment and nursing center furniture.
The hospital will again be the recipient of supplies from funds raised at this year’s Carols by Candlelight performance, (Saturday December 12). Vision of Hope, are program teaching the blind to make jewelry and become a functioning part of the community, will also receive assistance.

Others who have received assistance are Hogar Malambo, The National Ballet and the Calicanto Foundation.
