One of the two technicians injured in a gas explosion in an Avenida Balboa high rise, died on Thursday,February 2.

Francisco Salazar, 63 had been completely sedated and on a ventilator in Santo Tomas Hospital  Intensive Care Unit since the explosion in PH White on January 25

Salazar was hospitalized with  external and internal burns due to an explosion, caused, according to preliminary reports from the Fire Department from a gas leak after installing a water heater in one of the properties of the building. David Velasquez, 28, remains in critical condition connected to a ventilator.
