SIX PEOPLE in a car which allegedly tried to run over  a police officer  were arrested Monday morning , May 22, in Bique, Arraiján,

The suspects including one woman were inside a car that was riding on the shoulder when a member of the National Police signaled it to stop.

Police found a gun and ammunition  in the car. Police said the occupants, tried to escape, but were caught. One shot was fired by police in the incident, but no one was injured.

Investigations are  continuing.
