A  DRIVER document blitz in Arriajan and San Miguelito  by Transit Authority inspectors on Friday,  March 4,netted 46 offenders,  including three  operating   public transit buses without proper licenses.

The three drivers in were each fined for "piracy" and  the vehicles retained and transferred to a pound The $500 fine includes  compulsory attendance at a  meeting with authorities.

Other drivers  were booked for driving without licenses or with expired insurance .
