2nd countrywide green alert

A green alert was issued by the Emergency Operations Center (COE) on Saturday afternoon, July 28. It was the second this week and extended until 9:00 p.m. due to predicted heavy downfalls accompanied by thunderstorms across the country. According to the COE, heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms will be experienced on both coasts and the open sea.
