TWO MEN videoed having unprotected sex with a 13-years- oldgirl  on a diablo rojo (red devil) bus were arrested on Monday May 18. If convicted they could face jail terms of 10-15 years.

Both men were bus drivers. The girl was a lower school student in Pacora.
In both videos voices were The National Police managed to capture both Monday. One was arrested in Albrook and the other in Panama Este. The acts were recorded on cell phones and circulated. A source  told El Siglo taht prosecutors said three subjects have already been identified and will be punished in an exemplary manner as it was learned that the men planned everything in advance,
Idalia Martinez director of the National Secretariat for Children, Youth and Family (SENNIAF), told El Siglo that although the child has consented to the act, it is still a crime.

The Criminal Code provides in Article 175 that when sex is with a child under 14 years even when there is no violence or intimidation, it shall be punished with 10-15 years of imprisonment.

Sociologist Germán Gómez said that these immoral acts have always happened, but now with technology everything is recorded and out of control. Three videos have been released in the last month. All were children in school uniform
