AN 18 year old youth charged with homicide  robbery and possession of firearms was ordered help in provisional detention on Sunday, Feb 12 by the judge of guarantees of the First judicial circuit of Panama, Jose Félix Sánchez.

During the robbery on Friday, Feb 10 at a branch of Banco General on n the Via Cincuentenario, Chanis area,  a 62 year old female  teller was shot and killed and a security guard wounded.

The robbery netted $195,000. which was recovered from the getaway vehicle.

Three other involved in the robbery  were given precautionary measures and  must report  three times a week.
