The drug in is the 5 mg version of Coveram, which is manufactured by Servier Laboratories.

The counterfeit labels were discovered  in a raid in Bogota, Colombia.

The pills had an original expiration date of August 2013, but the labels were reprinted to change the date to August 2016

The ministry asked people that had pills from batch number 115550 to contact authorities because these pills could be past their expiration date.
