THE NEWS that a judge of the Supreme Court is delaying the admission of the complaint filed by the Superintendency of Securities in connection with Financial Pacific is not surprising, but deeply disappointing.

 It is disturbing to be eye witnesses to the insistence of the political class to behave irrationally and defend at all costs the corruption. What is the meaning of this judicial reluctance? Do they think that given the huge mountain of evidence implicating the [Parlacen]deputy in multiple criminal cases can cover up the truth? The procedural dictum that "what is not in the file does not exist in the world," was transformed by the Panamanian  justices  " a file that does not exist,is no longer a political problem". This is no longer true. Please wake up judges, citizens are outraged at  you and everyday impunity, inaction hurts us more.
