If you are looking for a spectacular experience with the magic ingredient “free” thrown in, take time out this weekend to visit the Magnolia Inn in Casco Viejo to get a new view of Panama as seen through the lens of expat photographer Jonathan Lee.

Lee arrived in Panama in 2009 and the results of his photographic forays into every corner of the Isthmus can be on September 27-29 in the ballroom of the Inn.
It will also mark his farewell to the many freinds he has made on his journey around the country, as he prepares to return to Caifornia and develop his career as a professional photographer.
On Saturday, September 29 the showing will be followed by a reception from 6-10 pm with a slideshow of the artist’s work alongside a video compiled from time lapse photos
Photographic and canvas prints, framed or unframed, to adorn your home or workplace, will be on sale. The reception will be from 6-10pm, and don’t forget my favorite four letter word: “free”. Not a bad way to spend an evening and meet a talented artist.

A photographic farewell
