If you are looking for  in-town entertainment  away from the hullaballoo of Carnival on the weekend, pay a visit to the XX1X Caribbean Fair.

For hats and souvenirs, this is the place

The fair will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday February 13, and Sunday February 14.  
For the modest entry fee of $4 for adults and $1 children you can enjoy presentations of Caribbean music and dance, dine on regional foods, an witness performances of African and American dances by the Sankofa Dancers.
Arts and crafts stalls present a multitude of offerings.
The fair is in the grounds of the Afro-Antilles Museum on Calle 24 East and Avenida Justo Arosemena, near Cinco De Mayo.
