The second annual charity auction of The American Society of Panama, the USA Committee of Caravana de Asistencia Social, and the American Chamber of Commerce is set for April 22.

The auction is to raise funds for the three groups’ diverse charitable projects. All three organizations involve  many of the same individuals and the alliance of fund raising efforts gives the American community in Panama a higher focus and a greater ability to assist some in need in their host country.
The event will take place at the City Club Panama, 6 - 9 p.m. A $15 entry fee gives attendees a bidder’s paddle, appetizers wine and soft drinks and, if last year’s event is a measure, a fun evening.
