Organizer Marie Claire Bueno, organizer says that by taking advantage of the geographical location of the isthmus "we can become the  regional hub for a week of cultural events and also be a festival that encourages creative proposals from neighboring countries.
One of the drawbacks of big events in the old city has always been transportation, with parking at a premium and access often limited to walking.

That will be taken care of on Friday and Saturday (March 18-19 when roads to the Old City will be closed and  free transportation  provided from 4:30 pm from  the last parking lot of the Cinta Costera.
