Charity art show and auction in historic residence

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS donated by a group of talented Panama artists will be on display on Wednesday August 26 at the  Canal Administrator’s Residence giving you the chance to view the historic building from the inside, and the opportunity to obtain a prized new addition to your home or office décor.

 The Residence will open from 1:00pm – 4:00pm when visitors can participate  in a silent auction which will  continue, at an upscale live auction and champagne reception for ticket holders only which starrts at 5.30..

Billed as one of the most illustrious events of the year, the Live Auction will be for 36 works of art, donated by Victor Santamaria, Matthew P. Tomlet, John L. Haines, Jr., Mayo Hassan, Emmanuel Daza Garcia, Sergio Smith, Scott Crystal, Marilyn Johnson, Elsy Acosta, and Brooke Alfaro amongst others.

Tickets for the Gala event include champagne, hors d’oeuvres and desserts and complemented with live musical interludes on piano and violin. Funds raised will be used to support Amsoc’s scholarship program and local charities.
