THE TROUBLED Mega hospital started during the Ricardo Martinelli era that has cost overruns and construction mistakes and is behind schedule will no longer be named Ricardo Martinelli Berrocal.

The controversial choice of name was made during Martinelli’s term in office and was widely condemned as the naming of structures after those still in office was setting a new precedent.
