Freedom to switch cell phone provider and keep number coming up
A contract to allow cell phone users to keep the same number even if they change providers will be signed in three weeks and . the system is expected to be operational by March 2011.
Public Services Authority Director Dennis Moreno said that five proposals submitted on Tuesday will be evaluated on technical grounds before the contract is awarded.
